Dr. Pechman has returned to the Racine area and is now practicing general dermatology at his private practice. He previously practiced with the Kurten Medical Group and then with the All Saints Medical Group. For the past five years he has practiced in the Green Bay area with the Prevea Clinic, helping them to establish a stellar dermatology department. While there, he was responsible for creating and implementing a photomedicine and laser surgery service. 

Dr. Pechman earned his medical degree as well as a PhD in Microbiology from the University of Illinois. He completed his internship and residency training at the Cleveland Clinic and is board certified in dermatology. 

Besides general dermatology, his area of interest has been the use of light energy in the treatment of skin diseases and conditions. He introduced PUVA and both broad and narrow band UV therapy to the Racine area and has had an active practice in laser surgery and medicine for most of his professional career. Currently his focus is on general dermatology, but as the practice develops, he anticipates again offering these services.
